An express manicure includes nail cutting, shaping, cuticle care, lotion and polish. A regular pedicure includes a foot soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, heel scrub, lotion and polish. Spa and deluxe options add exfoliation and paraffin wax, and either can be finished with gel polish, the finish often asked for as shellac.
